I just started using my CPAP last night. I have the Fisher&Paykel 481 direct nasal mask. Any opinions on how good this mask is would be greatly appreciated. This was the option given to me by my home care company when I told them I felt too much pressure on my forehead when I had my CPAP study. I was at a short seminar yesterday and the rep from Res Med showed me the swift mirage nasal pillow. Any opinions on which of these two is better?

I use the shift with no problems at all..I also have a nasal mask that I alternate with cause the nose openings do get swore sometimes....

Do a google search on the mask your looking at and you might get a wider range, or even more, opinions.
