Yo Nancomatic:
I was just gonna write "yes" and split, but it don't look like that's gonna happen.
At the risk of generating more good will, if you go back and look at your sleep study:
The Study
you will see at about 0515 and 0730 the thick bar in the sleep stages graphic is in the "R" line. I guess I needn't say what the "R" stands for. Your initial post was listing "no REM" as a characteristic of the Diagnostic Study, and while it is listed in the Treatment Section that you didn't have REM either, I think that applies only to 19/15 BiPAP.
Not that that changes anything, your arousals and events just blow through those REM periods unimpeded. And back to the quality of study, arousals in REM should by rule pretty much back you up into Stage 1 or 2, at least briefly, so that continuous REM is probably not possible either.
Which reminds me, did you ever ask who or how this thing was scored? Remember, advice from "sleepynut"?
So anyway, yes, you were probably dreaming, all those ADMs you're on will suppress REM, but often the REM will break through at the end of the night as their effect wears off or the body finally says "alright, that's it, we're gonna REM whether you like it or not." Or people can eventually get a little used to the ADMs and get some semblance of normal REM.
