Post Silent Sleep
I've searched and couldn't find anything so I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with something called silent sleep.  It was developed by a local guy and it seems fairly new but I was hoping someone had some insights on it.  Here is the site for it http://www.mysilentsleep.com/SilentSleep.aspx

When I had my first sleep study I had no signs of central apnea but when I came in for the follow up to get dialed in for the cpap I had a few central events show up.  I was on CPAP for about a year and just kept feeling worse and worse and I've been off it for about two months and I've been feeling a lot better.  Long story short I'm in college and even with pretty decent insurance but I'm not really willing/cant afford to do two more sleep studies to be fitted with the central apnea machine.  So I'm looking into oral appliances and in the local interview he talked about how it wasn't a full on substitute for a custom oral appliance but that it was cheap and would give you an idea if an oral appliance would benefit you.  I'm going to give his office a call tomorrow but I just wanted to see here if anybody had some ideas on it.

I hope this doesn't count as a commercial link since you can't buy anything off the website but it does have a provider locator.  Sorry if it falls into that commercial category.
