I just did a google search on "full breath dental appliance" and I came up with a previous page from this forum.
Apparently some people have had good success with it - I didn't read the whole page, just glanced at it.

sleepsurfer, please let us know the results after you get the Full Breath Solution.

Here's a link for some FAQ's about it:

I read on this forum that what you're getting costs $5,000, so I didn't even look into it.
My insurance pays for cpap, but not the oral appliances.

Good luck.  I hope you can get back to surfing again soon!

Hey, just a little reminder that many insurances will pay at least part for an oral appliance if a sleep doc rec's it -- AND if the oral appliance is billed medically (not through dental). I had to get a new dentist to do it, but my BCBS covered it medically as a "prosthesis." Just ask if they bill medically and get those procedure and diagnostic codes and call up your insurance carrier. But I'm not sure about all the different ones -- I just know the TAP and the tongue retaining device I got were both covered.

I know the whole insurance stuff is a mess, but I just want to make sure people know to try their medical insurance because it worked for me.
