Post Chin strap that keeps lips closed????
Hi All. Can anyone direct me to where I can buy a chin strap that also will keep me from lip breathing? After MUCH research I have come to the conclusion that while using my nasal pillow setup (swift) I have air leaking out of my lips. I am a mouth breather and currently have that stupid black thing with the hole in it for a chin strap. Any help would be greatly appreciated....,

I am not aware of one that does that.  Rested Gal actually tapes her lips closed, I haven't had the nerve to do that tho!

one sees chin straps or chinsplints advertised "that really work" but I have my doubts

the only sure answer is to tape the lips but this is controversial, some complaining of burst blood vesels caused by it

I think a strip if sticking plaster on the middle of the lips only  is probably OK

many with nose masks probly mouthbreathe when asleep, which of course stops the CPAP from working a dry mouth on waking is a sign of this, IMO
