Hey there,

I have trying to get my nose mask adjusted since starting using it last week and it must have leaked more so last night because I had a guest in town and I yelled out in my sleep.  I had this before I started the treatment so I am thinking that the mask was leaking and I was no longer receiving therapy, I had an apnea episode whereas I stopped breathing.

Anyone else ever experienced this. Of course my guest was in the other room and it scared him.  I do remember doing it but then adjusting my mask and went back to sleep.

If you check various threads on this site, you will find information on REM sleep disorder and confusional arousals.  It is possible to have more than one sleep disorder.  You may need further assistance in your treatment to control the problems.  Please check it out...if you have further questions, just PM me....and Good Luck!

it often helps to wear the mask high up in the face so the bottom hiuts against the nostrils
