I am not sure if this forum is monitored by anyone in the medical field but I just recieved my sleep study results and I am trying to determine what some of my options are related to my study. Any suggestions/advice would be appreciated either from those in the medical profession or persons with known histories of sleep apnea.

Based on this information I have a few questions
1) How does this compare to others with sleep apnea (common, uncommon, ETC) (Severe, Mild, ETC)
2) My doctor recomends CPAP, is this appropriate, what are some of the hazards of CPAP, how do you get where you can tolerate CPAP
3) What are some of the experiences with other options (Oral Appliances, Uvulopalatopharyngoplasty, Maxillomandibular advancement)
and of course any other suggestions, recomendations, advice, etc you can give would be appreciated
