Help!!! I have a cold sore or fever blister almost right beside my nose should I wear Cpap?

You should always wear your CPAP. Just make sure that you clean your mask thoroughly after using it. Remember...as much as cold sores SUCK and you don't want to spread them around, not breathing is worse.
Do you have medicated cream for your cold sore? What I do is slather the cream on, then cover with a band-aid, then put my mask on.

I'd be inclined to go the other way and use some Ayr Saline Nasal Gel on it.
