I got my machine and mask from apria as my insurance co. (carefirst BC BS) recommended & because they covered me at 100%. After 6 months, I believe I can get another mask covered by insurance, but would prefer to buy it pretty much anywhere but through apria. Do any online companies accept insurance, or would I need to buy it and them submit the bill for reimbursement?

There is one called billmyinsurance.com.  Call your insurance company to see what your policy covers; some require that you get your equipment from specific DMEs.   In some cases, you can buy it and then insurance will reimburse you for the purchase.
