Post Weight loss after getting on CPAP??
Im new here and was browing and i found this section... Last summer i was in about a size 4/5 and weighed in the 120s and now i am up to 150 and i am Very upset over it!!!! I was wondering if you lose weight more easily when you have the CPAP machine if you have sleep apnea?? It seems my energy levels are lower and lower and i am finding myself eating more than i should and i should also note that i am a Type 1 Diabetic, I want to get this weight off right away so that it dont get out of hand since obesity runs in my family!!
