Post some good things
I thought I would list some positive changes I have noticed since using cpap about 3 weeks now. It might encourage those who are new or are unsure of what to expect. These like I said are only positive changes. I would ask others to list their noticed changes here also.

1. Morning headaches, GONE. All other daytime headaches reduced by about 75%

2. Great dreaming, more than before and all are pleasant, no nightmares.

3. Feeling more relaxed during the day, stress proof so to speak and my anxiety and panick attack feelings have greatly diminished. Overall a sense of mental well-being.

4. Big reduction in daytime drowsiness. Not totally gone, but noticably improved.

5. Adjusting to cpap more each night and able to sleep longer periods with out waking. Also sleep onset insomnia much improved.

Hi Michael,

I'm not new at this, but I wanted to say how I applaud not only your wonderful results but also your effort to record them.
I am all for people keeping some sort of log, journal, forum description, or even just scribbled notes describing what they're experiencing in those first days and weeks.  That can really help some people.  Sure helped me when I did it.  Not only is it a great reminder of all the good results, it's a great way of watching for any problems one might be experiencing, such as with the machine or the mask, etc.

It's wonderful you are experiencing great results!

Post I am grateful too
I too have been on cpap therapy for about 4 months now. The things I am grateful for are:

        1) Nomore symtoms of GERD

        2) Not waking up in the morning with dragon breath

        3) waking up feeling fresher, not like a Zombie

        4) being able to do activities with my children without being tired all the time

        5) feeling safer driving

        6) like most of us being able to adjust to cpap therapy which has really made a difference in my life

My husband has been on the CPAP for about a month now, and these are the positive things that I as a family member has eperienced.
1. A quiet nights sleep
2. No more counting the seconds that my husband would stop breathing.
3. Spending more time with my husband.
4. No more having to get my husband out of the bathroom after falling asleep on the toilet.
5. The most positive thing of all my husband is mine again. I missed him so much.
