Nursery Water?

Post Nursery Water?
I couldn't find any distilled water in the store I was shopping at so I got Nursery water.  I noticed when I got home the difference was fluoride, I can't imagine of the product is made specifically for consumption by babies that it could be all that bad, but I wanted to make sure there wasn't a considerable danger to use it for my humidifier in my CPAP?
Thanks :)

Nursery water is purified water with fluoride added.  Purified water is fine as a distilled water substitute, I do not know about the flouride.  In this case it is not about deposits; it is that flouride can pit aluminum. and I have NO idea if there is enough flouride to cause a problem.

Even though I'm curious about the effect on the machine i also wanted to be sure forcing flouride into my lungs 6-8 hours a night was a good idea?

It is made to be used in vaporizors and I believe to mix baby formula.  There isn't any more flouride in Nursery Water than in municipal drinking water, and municipal drinking water is medically safe to use in CPAP humidifiers.

If in doubt why not just go to another store and get the distilled water?

I have never even heard of the term "Nursery Water".  Are you in the US?

Is this something akin to Pedialyte?

Nursery Water showed as a new product a while back at a local Safeway store and I HAD to read the lable to see what it was.  The last time I was there I saw a few bottles of it on the discontinued shelf.  Those are the only two times that I have ever seen it in any store, and this thread is the only place where I have ever heard about it.

What I ascertained from the label is that it's purified water used for drinking water for babbies to add for juice and stuff.  The Flouride seems to be something that is added as a positive thing.
