Hello
I am a new user and just got a Resmed S8 Autoset Vantage machine and a Respironics ComfortFusion Nasal Mask. I cannot figure out how to connect the mask to the hose. Is the Respironics mask not compatible with Resmed Machine? Do I need an adapter? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much. These Forums have been a huge help to me in making the big step into the world of CPAP.

The machine or humidifier outlet, hose, and mask connectors are all standardized.  The hose connector will slip over the connectors on any brand of mask.  

You may have been provided with a hose quick connect that you stick into the end of the hose.  You can slip the plastic quick connector over the humidifier outlet easier than if you were slipping the hose connector over the humidifier outlet.
