Post Cheap insurance companies and a machine I don't want
My monthly share on my HMO is over $400 dollars a month. Good part is I haven't paid a dime out o0f pocket for my sleep tests. I called my provider today asking about a mask replacement policy to be told I am allowed one mask for life! No replacements on the Bipap. And I am stuck with a non data capable machine.

I am happy on a very cheap CPAP but you need to educate them about masks wearing out quickly

Call back and ask again.  Much like the IRS you often get three different answers from three different people!

A mask is a consumable...it doesn't last forever.  I will bet you they will replace more often.  My insurance (United Healthcare) will replace the mask & hose every six months.
