That's odd, for me the Optilife was a replacement for both the Swift and the Comfortgel, both of which leaked a lot more than the Optilife.  But I'm an indiscriminate sleeper, left, right, face up, face down,

BiPAP Auto M Series & a Respironics OptiLife mask

I have been using the optilife since late December. In the beginning it definatly had its ups and downs in getting it adjusted, I spent many nights sitting infront of the computer on their web site adjusting and readjusting things to get it to fit. I even did a few very late night frustration posts here!

until the last month I would not budge off of my back during the night (and I am not normally a back sleeper) as every time I tried to go to sleep on my side I struggled with leaks. I finally found the fixer for that (for me any way) and that was to take my hose and velcro it up the side of my headgear that helped. The weight of the hose no longer weighed down the mask tubing causing it to pull down and away from my nose and nothing moves during the night. It solved my problem BUT created a new situation..
Now that I am flip flopping all over the bed and sleeping where ever I want and taking over my entire queen sized bed, I am finding that my tubing is not long enough and I have tugged my cpap machine to the edge of the night stand and have woken up several mornings with it teetering between the edge  and leaning against the side of my bed.. oppps... So will need to be investing in a MUCH longer tubing!!

With all the bugs worked out, I love this mask!!!!
