I had blood work done and my cholesterol has gone down, and everything else is normal. My sugar is 98, it used to be 91, but it will be again. My triglicerides, liver, and whatever else the doctor checked, and which I can't remember right now, is all fine.
My question is this: I have read somewhere that taking care of sleep apnea can produce positive changes, not just giving us more energy. Could it make a difference in results like the ones I've listed or am I way off base?
I'm also not feeling sleepy at work the way I used to. I think I was once last week, but it's much more rare now.
I have still not lost the weight I wanted to, and still deal with depression, but there have been so many other changes. If anyone doubts that it can happen, I would say that, sometimes it can be quite subtle, and then one day, or week, or month, you may realize that things really have changed.
Thank you, to all the moderators, and everyone here who has given me support, not just by answering my posts, but sharing your experiences for everyone to read. So I guess this thank you goes to us all.
Debbie
