Post each night when I am falling asleep first my arms feel limp,
as if they want to just drop, then my chest begins to feel so tired.  I know I must sleep and it feels uncontrollable that  I do so.  I have always thought I was having panic attacks upon falling asleep.  Lat night my friend felt my chestt on exhalation and not inhale again until I gasped for breath.  I know this must be sleep apnea but I wonder why I feel it so upon falling asleep?  I have no health insurance, so any suggestions or comments about what is going on with me? Thankyou.  I also sweat often and profusely at night and have high blood pressure.  My friend says I will always breathe, that it is basic, nuerological and suvival.  I think this is true to a point, but I feel so much like my brain is just saying to relax so completely that I do wonder if some time I will just "forget" to breath.  Again, thank you for any thoughts and suggestions.

Post eachnight etc
I think you should get checked out for sleep apnea, you seem to have some of the symptoms.   I hope someone with more knowledge than I have will answer you.  Please do something about it.   If not repost with HELP in the title.  Good luck.
