I guess that's a possibility. I used to toss and turn a lot, arms and legs, so much that we needed a body pillow between hubby and I so I wouldn't hit him in the face. Most of that has calmed down now. The reason I ask is that I have never had a study where I slept any more than an hour or so with my titrated pressure. The last time I had retitration in the lab, they started me out at 2 and worked up to 20, and it took them almost all night to do it. Why they started at 2 when my previous titration was at 12 I have no idea. I clocked in as high as 144 events at 14, then things got better and settled down around 18, if I remember correctly I was still having 4 or 5 events an hour at that and about the same at 20, so we settled in at 20 for a while. I think I had 17 total central events for the night. I still had problems for a few months so we did an in home two week titration and reduced the pressure to 17, which seems to do the job for me, at least after I got off of the meds. I wonder if more centrals would have showed up if I had had more time to sleep. I don't remember any mention of leg movements though, I'll have to look up the report, I have it around somewhere.
