Post Dental Appliance questions
I have read many of the posts, both pro and con, about the dental appliance treatment for OSA.
I have tried CPAP and hated it. My doctor (at the world famous Cleveland Clinic) has scheduled an appointment for me at the Dental department at the Clinic for one of these devices. I am not an uncooperative patient, but there is no way I could sleep with the CPAP. Is it difficult to learn to sleep with the device in your mouth? I don't want to waste time and money on something I am going to throw in Lake Erie. Any comments, pro or con, would be welcome.

I personally found the dental appliance to be a little easy to get used to as compared to CPAP, but it may vary from person to person.
