I've just started using my Resmed bipap machine (14/12 setting) with an Activa mask and a humidifier.  I've used it for two nights and even though I've slept fairly well (I'm still getting used to this and learning not to yank off the mask at night), I've woken up both mornings with a headache.  Any idea what could be causing this?  I have slight nasal congestion from a cold - could that be related?

I too wake up with headaches (I've had them as long as I can remember ... even before I got my CPAP).  Personally, I think it's related to High Blood Pressure.  From what I've read, HBP can also be related to apnea.  Be sure to have yours checked, JIC.
