On my Sept 05 titration I had no REM and no dreams. On my Nov. 05 titration I had 7.1% REM which occurred very late into the study, and 1 dream.
I know it's no big deal, but having no dreams bugs me.
What I have discovered is that when I sleep with the bipap I have no dreams. If dreams occur during REM sleep, it isn't that I have them and don't remember them, the studies show that I'm not having them. But when I take the mask off and sleep without the machine, I have loads of dreams.
Is it good, bad, or inconsequential that the machine is apparently suppressing REM sleep?
