Here's my situation:
Mostly central apneas that require a pressure of 20/17 on bi-flex. Respironics Bi-PAP Pro 2 machine. Humidifier heat set at 5. Respironics ConfortFull FFM. 5 nights of compliance thus far.
Considering the situation above, I was wondering if there is anything I can do to combat waking up with a dry mouth. My pressure is set really high, but I've seen a copy of my sleep study and understand why I need such a high pressure. I know saliva is not produced at night and the high pressure is causing it to evaporate. Is this something that I'm going to have to learn to live with? I'm ok with that answer if that's the only option I have, but I like having options.
Thanks tremendously in advance,
Sleepy Scott
