Post Medical Board for Sleep Apnea 
USAF/Security Forces member with 9yrs. I was outprocessing the mecial portion of my checklist. Upon the technical reviewing my records he discovered that no-one had placed me for a MEB for my sleep apnea. ( I have the CPAP issued from walter reed) He stated it was an automatic review board. Since my last sleep study was over a year ago, I was told I'd be placed in medical hold since a MEB still needed to take place. My questions or concerns are:
How long will the mecial evaluation board take?
If I am medicially separated what benfits should expect? [b][/b]

GIJAY Welcome!

The sixth sticky down in this "Sleep Apnea Help" section was started by a military member for military members.  Your best bet is to post your question there and/or PM those folks directly.
