Am I misreading or did you stay on your left side the least amount of time but had the most events while in that position?

When do you go for your titration study?

no, you've got it right. i only spent 1.7% of my time on my left side, but during that time i had an rdi of 46.4 (i'm assuming 46.4/hr)
i don't think there is anything significant about that... since i was on that side for such a short amount of time, 46.4 probably breaks down into a much smaller number

my titration is in two weeks, i called the sleep lab up yesterday afternoon but both of their patients had confirmed their appt's (so no cancellations) and they are
closed next wednesday.  my appt is the following wednesday.  i just have to wait until then.

i go in for titration on wednesday (3 more days)
looking over my results again, my apneas have an average duration of 20 seconds
that means at some point during the night
i was only taking
3 breaths a minute.

that is kinda frightening.

i'm sure there is someone who had it worse, but still
