Post Pillow -- FDA Approved?
Hello,

In the "Treatment Options for Adults with Obstructive Sleep Apnea" article on this site, it says:

"The Food and Drug Administration has approved one pillow for snoring and mild sleep apnea; it is meant to position the neck so the airway is more likely to remain open."

But the article does not mention the name or make of the pillow, and I have been unable to determine it searching the web.

Can anybody help me out with the name or brand?

Thanks in advance!

Lynne

Approved doesn't mean that it is any good.  Basically side sleeping assists in reducing snoring and apnea events.  HOWEVER, without a sleep study to prove that it is improving your apnea to the point of not needing any further treatment.  If not all you are doing is lightening your wallet, and risking your health.
