Mirage Swift Replacement Pillow Sleeve for $30.00?????

A piece of rubber for $30.00???  Has anyone questioned that?  Dont you think that thirty bucks for THAT is a bit obscene?

I'm happy with CPAP but thank God I have insurance and get a replacement every 3 months.  If I had to pay on my own, I would be screaming bloody murder.

Another thing.  Why can mask manufacturers allow folks to try before they buy?  I know they can be resterilyized and lets face it THEY dont pay anywhere NEAR 30 bucks for the only part of it that touches the nose.  :)

A racket dont you think?   Confused

You're right Thomas.  Attach the word "medical" to anything and that automatically increases the cost.

And I thought that it was only over here that cpap therapy was dear.
Replacement parts can be purchased on the internet. It might be worth trying.

everything to do with masks and airhoses seems very overpriced with all brands

absolutely outrageous!!!  the respironic nasal mask cost me usd 129 which i have to buy in order to try the CPAC.  a replacement of the hose will cost usd 45, the gel that covers the nose usd 65.  the filter paper of the CPAC needed to be replaced everyone month costs usd 5/piece.  its just a piece of little paper for god's sake!!
