Whistle from Mask

Post Whistle from Mask 
I am currently using a ResMed Ultra Mirage FF. Last night I started to get a loud whistle from the mask. It is coming from the inlet elbow at the mask. Any ideas besides replacing the elbow? Thanks in advance.

The cause is the anti-aphyxiation value (thin silicon piece you can see if you look closely at the elbow).  Resmed is replacing them at no cost and would like the whistler back so they can evaluate it.  Call Resmed customer service for a replacement.  In the meantime, you can take it apart to see if you can get the silicon value to seat so it doesn't whistle.

I replaced the silicone valve and it still whistles. My local medical supply company is going to replace the mask.
