I just recently heard about Sleep Apnea and have been reading up on it. Here are my symptoms:
-gasping and brief periods of no breathing during sleep (i've woken myself up before)
-loud snoring when on my back (so my girlfriend says)
-perspiring during sleep
-i'm about 50 lbs overweight
-I fall asleep very quickly in bed
-occasionally have dozed off in an evening class while sitting for long periods, but never at work
-sometimes feel tired at work, but not constantly
I've never done a sleep study, but I'm wondering if I should. Or, should I just try sleeping on my side?
