Post Are we protected under the ADA after diagnosis? 
I have OSA and pretty bad too. I went for the sleep study and they said my O2 level dropped below 50%. The CPAP wasn't much help because I couldn't get a good seal. My question is: Does Sleep Apnea fall under the American's with Disabilities Act to protect us from termination if we have tendencies to dose at work?
