I was diagnosed with sleep apnea about 3 months ago or so. I been on BiPAP for around 10 weeks, and doing OK with it. However I feel like I'm coming down with a cold. I'm wondering, do I still use the PAP while I have a cold? I do have a full face mask, so I guess I could, just wondering if its a bad idea.

If you want to optimize your recovery time, use your PAP. I am sick as a dog also and use a FF mask routinely too. You will be sick longer if you don't get oxygen to help your body heal. Here is hoping we both get well fast. It has been a week and I am getting sicker, not better. Of course I was too busy this week to get much sleep
