With a Resmed S9, the data is stored on an ordinary SD card. Any SD card reader will work. Your computer may have an SD slot built in; if so that will work. If not, any cheap USB SD card reader from a place like Office Max (or even Walmart) is all you need to download the data into either ResScan or SleepyHead.
To download the data into SH, open SH first. Then after you've created a profile, go to the the File menu and select Import Data. The program should step you through how to import the data. Since JediMark has designed this program for monitoring your CPAP therapy, he's made it impossible for SH to accidentally delete the data. With ResScan, you must be careful to NOT delete the data on the card. A final note: If you want the detailed flow wave data to show up, you will need to download your data into SH or ResScan at least once a week: The S9 only keeps seven days worth of flow wave data on the SD card. After seven days have been accumulated, the S9 overwrites the oldest waveform data each night. |
