air blowing into eye - not from leaks!

Postby lgrapentin » Thu Jun 28, 2012 1:44 am

Wondering if anyone has had a problem with air blowing into your eyes from the "exhaust" ports on the mask. I tend to move around quite a bit at night and fine that my arm, pillow or cat diverts that air directly back into my eyes. Has any one tried eye patches? Any other ideas? Thanks for the help.

Yep, this is a real problem with my Swift FX pillows mask.

I often use a handkerchief over my eyes to help protect them from the draft. I also seem to have fewer problems when my head is completely under the covers for some reason
current settings Min EPAP = 4, Max IPAP = 8 and Rise time = 3
