My husband has told me while I sleep with my cpap device
(use nasal pillows) I thrash around in the bed, kicking my

I engage in it every 20-25 seconds over a two to three hour
period. I would like to ask if anyone else has experienced
this type of abnormal behaviour, and if so, do you know
what causes it??
(Personal comment....Will the nightmare of sleep apnea ever go away??)
Hi,
Sounds like Restless Leg Syndrome or a Limb Movement disorder. Common enough. You need to talk to your sleep doctor. It can be treated.
The nightmare of sleep apnoea will go away. Compliance to cpap therapy is the first step. Close contact with your sleep clinic and support forums, like here, will help things along.
