Post Desperate for help
I have only been able to wear a cpap mask for one hour a night since diagnosed four months ago with severe sleep apnea. I am currently wearing a nasal pillow.  Not only am I exhausted every morning, but I am getting ready to start a weekend job 230-1100 pm as well as a weekly job and HAVE TO FIND A SOLUTION. I will take any suggestions on how I can get more hours with the mask.  Please advise. Thanks

Why are you only able to wear it for an hour?  What is the reason for removing the mask?  Is it a comfort problem?  Give us a bit more info on what causes you to remove the mask...

Dear WideAwake,

Please be specific.  Are you using nasal pillows or are you using a nasal mask?  You use both words but they are not interchangable.  Nasal pillows and nasal masks are not the same things.  Pillows fit into your nostrils and a mask just covers your nose without anything going into your nostrils.  Personally, I can't stand nasal pillows because I don't like the feeling of something sticking in my nose.  What exactly is the issue you have with whatever interface you are using?  Keep trying here, we'll get it.

Vicki
