The benefits of CPAP far outweigh this slight pain, but I was wondering if there was something I can do about it. Another thought I had was that since I'm sleeping so soundly, I don't move around as much, and maybe the long term position of my head/neck is causing the daytime pains. If I crack my neck, the pain goes away for awhile. I know this all sounds kind of dumb, but I figured if anyone could help, it would be one of you. Thanks.

Been on cpap for about 3 months headaches developed about 4 weeks after starting. Are behind eyes, under eyes, on temples, and across top of head. Seem to move beween these locations. But a dull ache is always behind check bones under eyes. MD just changed the mask well see if it helps but I am not sure I can deal with the headaches and especially the dizzyness. I feel like im on the verge of an anxiety attack from the headaches but stopping would mean more problems....What a choice!!!
