The benefits of CPAP far outweigh this slight pain, but I was wondering if there was something I can do about it. Another thought I had was that since I'm sleeping so soundly, I don't move around as much, and maybe the long term position of my head/neck is causing the daytime pains. If I crack my neck, the pain goes away for awhile. I know this all sounds kind of dumb, but I figured if anyone could help, it would be one of you. Thanks.
I was hoping to see a response to your question because I am having a similar problem. I never got headaches either. I have been on CPAP for about 3 months. Everything went fine for the first 2 months then I started getting dull headaches at the temples, behind the eyes and at times on the top of the head. Whats strange is it sems to move & they are not severe ?? I am using a humidifier set at 2 and the pressure on the machine is set at 15. I noticed that my sinus problems seemed to get progressively worse over the time I was using the machine and the headaches showed up about 3 weeks ago. I went to the doctor & was given an antibiotic although it didn't seem like I had a sinus infection and it really didn't make much difference. I stopped using the machine 3 days ago & still have the headaches. Has anyone else had an experience like this ?
