Hi there,

I am no expert on sleep studies, but I will comment on what I know.

You have moderate sleep apnea, based on an AHI of 27 apneas/hypopneas per hour.  (5-15 is mild; 15-30 is moderate; 30 or more per hour is severe)
However, your apnea is severe when sleeping on your back (AHI 60) and mild while sleeping on your side (AHI 14).
You spent most of your time in sleep stage II, so you seldom got into deep sleep.  Your oxygen level dipped to  80% (normal is about 98%+), but that was your lowest, it doesn't say an average.    You had lots of periodic limb movements although I don't know alot about that, such as what is severe.
The report says your apneas were "somewhat" positional, but it sure seems it's pretty severe while sleeping on your back.  Apneas are usually more severe in that position.
