I did not have a very good titration study (couldn't hardly sleep) but the pressure I was prescribed was 10/7 with an AHI at 10.2. The AHI reading on my CPAP during the first 2 weeks was almost the same. After the first 2 weeks I turned the exhale relief (epr??) off because I was having trouble getting used to the machine and now my AHI averages <1.6, 0 AI, 1.8 HI. So apparently turning off the epr helped me quite a bit! Any similar achievements?
PS: I got permission from my doctor to turn of the EPR, he accually said I didn't need
permission to mess with the epr, the main pressure is the one I should not change.
