Well, I got 9 out of 10 on the original quiz, but the one I got wrong I knew better and am not sure WHY I marked the wrong answer.

Ha! But the NIH sleep quiz I got 100%, all 10. I may not know diddley-squat much about this apena/CPAP business but I've been living w/this sleep problem since 1994 and evidently have learned a little bit about good/bad sleep habits, etc. and some reasons for lousy sleep. Guess there might be hope for this old broad yet.

Hello everyone! Happy New Year to all forum members and visitors.

Adults who sleep walk may do as the result of genetic disorder according to the news released from American Academy of Neurology. In a recent study, reported in the journal Molecular Psychiatry, researchers discovered the first genetic marker for sleep walking.

A study conducted from the University hospital in Bern, Switzerland, found that adult sleep walking has a genetic component related to the Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) system, a genetically determined element of the immune system. HLA genes provide the information needed to allow the body to create immune cells.
