It would appear that he is asking for apnea info in Spanish. Or maybe offering? Google translates this (albeit confusedly as):
'HELLO I AM DR SERVIN AND WITH TASTE THEY CAN WRITE TO ME ON ANY TYPE OF INFORMATION IN ESPANOL ON APNEA OF I SOUND. GRACIAS "

The post title, if I remember enough Spanish from High School, is "Help in Spanish. On Apnea (of... something?)

Hi Everyone,

Please give a very warm welcome to Dr. Alberto Servin, our newest moderator who will be reaching out to and addressing the needs of our Spanish speaking community. Dr. Sevin is a pulmonologist with a special interest in sleep from Tijuana. There will shortly be a Spanish speaking topic section.

Dr. Servin, you are filling a huge void. We all look forward to your contributions and questions. We are a large community bonded tightly together by the shared experience of watching our lives crumble due to misdiagnosis or misdirection. And, we are protective of each other for that reason. As we move forward in positive ways, through the support of all of the forum members, we are leery of anyone who might have ulterior motives. But everyone knows now to welcome you with open arms (throat :-D ) and we are glad you are here!!

Thank you again. Dr. Servin, for joining us!!

Vicki

Viva el doctor

Yo soy la maestra de espanol para ninos pequenos. Hoy, nosotros cantamos una cancion divertida:

Refran
La cabeza me duele la cabeza
La cabeza llama me el doctor

Me duele la cabeza, me duele la cabeza
Cabeza, Cabeza, Doctor, Doctor, Ayyy

Bienvenidos Dr. Servin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
