Post Squeaking Activa 
My Activa squeaks where the elbow connects to the mask and pivots. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what type of lubricant I can use? I've only had the mask for 2 weeks so I may be able to return it if I have to.

Is it still squeking?

I would disconnect the elbow and ensure it was replaced properly. Avoid lubs.

It shouldn't squeak.  I would suggest talking to the folks that you got it from and let them know that you need to exchange it.

I have succesfully quieted swivels by rinsing well under hot running water. I have also used a very small amount of food grade silicone spraying  on my finger, then rubbing the connection before reassembling the unit.

I returned my Activa to my DME this morning. The therapist couldn't get over how much noise it makes. She is going to send it back to ResMed. Sometime early next week they're to get in a new shipment of Comfort Curves. I will have my choice then of a new Activa or a Comfort Curve.
