I was diagnosed in late June of this year. I've lost about 10-11 lbs (depending on the time of day). Down to about 176 or so. yay!!!!! I've actually treated myself more than I should with ice cream, but I'm still doing it.

Moving slowly - I really should have lost more weight than this in that amount of time, but I'm trying! Dancing
