Question Does anybody know how REM index is calculated?
I got the formula and what they indicate for everything else except that one.

I'm taking a guess it is the number of apneas and hypopneas, you encountered per hour of REM sleep. We usually experience most of our apneas and hypopneas during REM sleep and while sleeping supine (on our back). Some people experience apneas only during REM sleep or only when sleeping on their back.
