IF ANYONE COULD HELP ME WITH THIS I WOULD GREATLY APPRECTIATE IT, I WOULD LIKE TO GET A TAP 3 APPLIANCE AND I HAVE AETNA HMO I WAS WONDERING HOW TO DO THIS, IT IS REALLY STUPID BECAUSE THE DENTIST IS THE PERSON WHO IS ORDERING IT YET IT IS BILLED TO MEDICAL INSURANCE. I DONT KNOW HOW TO FIND A DENTIST AND OTHER PARTS OF IT, IF SOMEONE ELSE COULD TELL ME OF THEIR EXPERIENCE THAT WOULD BE WONDERFUL THANK YOU.
