This is my second boyfriend with sleep apnea! Definitely a keeper! But the snoring when the apnea is bad is really bad. I know I need to read through the whole forum and site, but is there a short list of good reading to get up to speed quick on the issues? Like sleep apnea 101?

He knows he needs to get to the doctor to get a sleep study done, but he hasn't done it yet.

Post  
Tape record him so he can hear the LONG gaps in his breathing.  Have a sleep doc's telephone available when you play the tape, and the phone ready.
