Hey there again, sorry for so many questions but I am new to this.  

My ramp up is set for 20 minutes to reach its maxium.  It seems like I am lying in bed, getting ready for sleep and then I gradually get this rush of something in my body.  It that because the machine is ramping up to the max. level that I am supposed to receive (7) and and when it reaches that point it causes the rush feeling?

With a pressure of only 7 cmh2o you may be more comfortable if you don't use the ramp; you won't have to deal with the pressure changes as you are trying to go to sleep.

Thank you, I will try that.  It's sort of scare me when I can feel the ramp going up to the highest.
