Post sleep study question 
this might sound like a stupid question but when i had the study done it was 7 at night.
I work at night from 12pm to 8am so when i went for the test i was basically  on my work schedule of being up around that time.Ive always been a night person my day is your night and vise versa. So my question is would that make a differance in the outcome of the results of my test! should i ask the doc for a retest  and to make it when im normally sleeping!

Did you sleep during the study? If so, what was your sleep efficiency?

i guess i did .it took me along time to fall asleep though.  ill have to look that up
