A final little anecdote,
 While I was at St Michael's Hospital in Toronto having the sleep study done. (t was quite intensive)  there was a group of us present.  First of all they took us into a room and showed slides on Sleep Apnea and its treatment.
At least half slept through that :O) No kidding :O)
We were then sent in groups to different departments to have  tests done. At one spot I was sitting waiting with a fellow sufferer and we discussed our problem. I told him that if I drove even a short distance I would start by opening windows then would  have to pull over to the side of the road and have a power nap. These were only for a few minutes but kept me going for another hour. I asked him if he got sleepy like that. He said he was, but he couldn't just pull over and have a nap as he drove an Airport bus for a living what would he tell his passengers??  I hope I never run into him again or hope  he has taken the cure.  :O) John

I believe you have hit on a viable first cut at diagnosing sleep apnea!  This could save millions in sleep studies!  Put everyone in an auditorium and show the sleep apnea video.  Those who are snorting and gasping as they sleep through it, immediately advance to CPAP.  The rest go for the next phase, a sleep study.  Brilliant!  LOL LOL LOL

  re: airport bus driver!!!!  But we all know the road is FULL of drivers like this, truck drivers, delivery people.  Makes me wonder if some of the train wrecks are rooted in untreated Sleep Disordered Breathing.
