Hi my name is Theresa and my mom was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea. I'm also a college student and I'm doing my pyschology paper on Sleep Apnea and how if effects your pyschology. I was wondering if anyone had any websites that I can use to not only better my mom's and I's understanding on sleep apnea but also will help me write my reasearch paper. Start here on the ASAA home page (far left link under forum title).  You can also find a lot of info. by searching for "obstructive sleep apnea psychology" (or make it depression, etc.) at pubmed.  That will pull up all peer reviewed articles published in the world about it.

I noticed on another post someone suggested looking at "The Doze Family" by the Sleep Foundation.  This is very educational as far as showing how sleep effects people in general.  I think it's a good basis to start with - it took about 15 min to play.
