Post OSA and extremely excessive sweating with minimal activity
Im sure this has been on here before.  Currently I find myself SOAKED in sweat doing things that require minimal exertion. Sometimes just talking to people in even non-stressful situations I find myself drenched. I am overweight but not obese. This never happened to me before sleep apnea. This has been going on for years and gotten worse and worse of course I have all the symptoms of severe longterm sleep deprivation so its all par for the course I assume. I can soak in sweat in room temps 71 degrees and less simpling fingering through a file cabinet. Anyone else get this? It really bothers of me as I never really sweat much.

As an aside I have severe OSA (UARS depends on who you talk to) and I have my MMA surgery in two weeks (which will hopefully relieve my hypertension, severe daytime fatigue, nightime convulsions, soak in sweat, apneas, hypopneas, arousals). I have been researching for about two years looking for people with similar situations to me and have talked to all the best of the best at Stanford. xPap is deemed not an effective treatment (it doesnt help at max pressueres cpap or bipap) on me and thus currently I am untreated and suffering miserably. I am actually EXCITED to wake up feeling like a truck hit my face. This beast of a health condition is no joke, it sure took all the wind out of my sails.

Thats about it, good luck to all of you in your adventures, I will let folks know of my progress post surgery.

Sturmer
