Post Some things I tried to cure my sleep apnea 
1. After cursing my dark fate, I lit a candle.----- No help.

2. Bought a giant potato - cut it in half and rubbed the cut ends on both cheeks,  [the ones between my nose]  buried one half and waited two weeks for it to decay.  --- No help but I cut the other half into strips and french fried them [yum] so it wasn't a total loss. May try the other cheeks next year.

3. I sang.    No help

4. I danced. No help

5. I sang and danced.  No help

6. I sang and danced and did the hootchie-koo.  No help.

Maybe the arrival of my economic stimulus check will be the answer.  Hope lives on !!

Those sound about as effective as any other remedy except for CPAP and tracheostomy.  4. 5. and 6 sound like good excecise.
